- 20 ILCS 3501/840-25— The Authority shall fix, revise, charge and collect rents for the use of each health facility owned by the Authority and contract with any person, partnership, association or corporation, or other body, public or private, in respect thereof
- 20 ILCS 3501/840-30— It is intended that all private health facilities in this State be enabled to benefit from and participate in the provisions of this Act
