Known as the Savings Bank Act

"Appraisal" means a professionally derived written conclusion of the value of the present worth of specified interests or rights in a specific piece of real property, which conclusion is supported by stipulated market conditions and explicitly stated assumptions as of a particular point in time and made for a specified party.
