"Bylaws" means the bylaws of a savings bank that are adopted by the savings bank's board of directors or shareholders for the regulation and management of the savings bank's affairs

Known as the Savings Bank Act

The act spans §§ 205-205-1001 to 205-205-1010 (43 sections).

If the savings bank operates as a limited liability company, however, "bylaws" means the operating agreement of the savings bank.
