Out-of-state savings bank

Known as the Savings Bank Act

The act spans §§ 205-205-1001 to 205-205-1010 (43 sections).

"Out-of-state savings bank" means a savings bank or an association chartered under the laws of a state other than Illinois, a territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
