Non-English language transactions

Known as the Savings Bank Act

The act spans §§ 205-205-1001 to 205-205-1010 (43 sections).

A savings bank may conduct transactions in a language other than English through an employee or agent acting as interpreter or through an interpreter provided by the customer.
