False statements

Known as the Illinois Credit Union Act

Any person who knowingly makes any false statement or report upon any application, advance, discount, purchase, purchase agreement, repurchase agreement, commitment or loan or any change or extension of the same to a credit union chartered by this State shall be fined not more than $5000 or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both.
