205 ILCS 620/1-5.08

Known as the Corporate Fiduciary Act

"Foreign corporation" means: (a) any bank, savings and loan association, savings bank, or other corporation, limited liability company, or other entity now or hereafter organized under the laws of any state or territory of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, other than the State of Illinois; (b) any national banking association having its principal place of business in any state or territory of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, other than the State of Illinois; and (c) any federal savings and loan association or federal savings bank having its principal place of business in any state or territory of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, other than the State of Illinois.
