205 ILCS 620/5-5

P.A. 85-858.

A special meeting of the board of directors may be held upon call by the Commissioner or an examiner appointed under the provisions of this Act, upon not less than 12 hours notice of such meeting by personal service of such notice, or by mailing said notice to each of the directors at his residence as shown by the books of the corporate fiduciary.
