Known as the Currency Reporting Act

The act spans §§ 205-685-1 to 205-685-9 (11 sections).

It is the purpose of this Act to require the keeping and submission to the Director of the Illinois State Police of certain reports and records of transactions involving United States currency when such reports and records have a high degree of usefulness in criminal, tax or regulatory investigations or proceedings.
