Aquatic feature

Known as the Swimming Facility Act

The act spans §§ 210-125-1 to 210-125-9 (69 sections).

"Aquatic feature" means any single element of a swimming facility other than a swimming pool or spa or bathing beach, including, but not limited to, a lazy river, water slide, spray pool, or other feature that provides aquatic recreation or therapy.
