Known as the Abused and Neglected Long Term Care Facility Residents Reporting Act

The act spans §§ 210–210 (23 sections).

P.A. 82-120.

Such services shall be arranged for a limited time, as determined by the Department to be sufficient for the resident to obtain alternative permanent placement with the help of the Department if necessary, or for any situation of the resident related to the report of abuse or neglect which needs to be corrected or ameliorated so that the patient's continued residence in the same nursing home may continue without further abuse or neglect.
