Nothing in this Act shall be construed to authorize or require protective services, medical care or treatment for any person in contravention of his stated or implied objection thereto upon grounds that it conflicts with his or her religious belief or practices, nor shall such person be considered abused or neglected for the exercise of such beliefs or practice.
