210 ILCS 5/11

Whenever the Department refuses to grant, or revokes or suspends a license to open, conduct or maintain an ambulatory surgical treatment center, the applicant or licensee may have such decision judicially reviewed

Known as the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act

The act spans §§ 210-5-1 to 210-5-9b (34 sections).

The provisions of the Administrative Review Law and the rules adopted pursuant thereto shall apply to and govern all proceedings for the judicial review of final administrative decisions of the Department hereunder. The term "administrative decisions" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
