A license may be suspended, revoked, or a renewal thereof denied for any of the following reasons: (a) a violation of any provision of this Act or of the minimum standards, rules, regulations or orders of the Department promulgated thereunder; (b) any ground upon which an application for a license may be denied as set forth in Section 8.
