Revocation or suspension

Known as the Hospice Program Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 210-60-1 to 210-60-9 (18 sections).

A license may be revoked or suspended for any of the following reasons: (a) A violation of any provision of this Act or of the minimum standards, rules and regulations promulgated by the Department. (b) The loss of a license held by the affiliated agency under its applicable licensing Act.
