Purpose

Known as the Hospice Program Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 210-60-1 to 210-60-9 (18 sections).

P.A. 94-570, eff. 8-12-05.

The intent of this Act is to ensure quality hospice care to consumers in the State of Illinois. This is to be accomplished through the development, establishment and enforcement of standards governing the care provided by hospice programs.
