Home rule

Known as the Physical Fitness Facility Medical Emergency Preparedness Act

The act spans §§ 210-74-1 to 210-74-95 (19 sections).

P.A. 93-910, eff. 1-1-05.

A home rule unit must comply with the requirements of this Act. A home rule unit may not regulate physical fitness facilities in a manner inconsistent with this Act. This Section is a limitation under subsection (i) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution on the concurrent exercise by home rule units of powers and functions exercised by the State.
