Swimming Pool Safety Act
- 210 ILCS 130/0.01— Short title
- 210 ILCS 130/1
- 210 ILCS 130/2— No person shall prohibit the use of a life jacket in a swimming pool by any individual who, as evidenced by a statement signed by a licensed physician, suffers from a physical disability or condition which necessitates the use of such life jacket
- 210 ILCS 130/3— Any individual who establishes a policy in violation of this Act, or who violates this Act while acting contrary to an established policy which is in compliance with this Act, is guilty of a petty offense and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each violation
