To the extent that the same are applicable and not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, all proceedings for the rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation or dissolution of dental service plan corporations shall be subject to the provisions of Article XIII of the "Illinois Insurance Code", approved June 29, 1937, as amended.
