In every subscription certificate, referred to in Section 15: (a) All printed portions shall be plainly printed in type of which the face is not smaller than ten point; (b) There shall be a brief description of the subscription certificate on its first page, and there shall also be such a description on its filing back in type of which the face is not smaller than fourteen point; (c) The exceptions of the contract shall appear with the same prominence in the certificate as the benefits to which they apply; and (d) If the contract contains any provisions purporting to make any portion of the charter or of the by-laws of the corporation a part of the contract, such portions shall be set forth in full in the subscription certificate.
