The provisions of this Article apply to all classes of insurance in Section 4 of the "Illinois Insurance Code" except Clause (d) of Class 2. This Article applies to all companies, Lloyds associations, reciprocal and interinsurance exchanges, and Fraternal Benefits Societies which, under the laws of this State, write any of the kinds of insurance to which this Article applies.
