Extensions of credit

Known as the Financial Institutions Insurance Sales Law

The act spans §§ 215-5-1400 to 215-5-1416 (17 sections).

A financial institution shall not delay or impede the completion of a loan transaction or other transactions involving the extension of credit for the purpose of influencing a customer's selection of any insurance product.
