Prohibited defenses

Known as the Financial Institutions Insurance Sales Law

The act spans §§ 215-5-1400 to 215-5-1416 (17 sections).

A violation of any provision of this Article shall not be used as a defense by any person in any action by a financial institution to recover the amount owing on any loan or extension of credit.
