(1) Upon complying with the provisions of Section 15, the incorporators shall cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in this State, in the county where the principal office of the company is to be located, once each week for 3 consecutive weeks, a notice setting forth: (a) their intent to form the company and the proposed name thereof; (b) the class or classes of insurance business in which the company proposes to engage; and (c) the address where its principal office shall be located. (2) Proof of such publication made by a certificate of the publisher or his agent shall be delivered to the Director.
