Exemption

Known as the Illinois Insurance Code

The act spans §§ 215-5-1 to 215-5-5-5 (8 sections).

This Code shall not be construed to apply to the administration of the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund under the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Act.
