No non-utility individual, business, or entity shall use a public utility name or logo, in whole or in part, in any manner to market, solicit, sell, or bill for a home insurance, maintenance, or warranty product. This prohibition does not apply to activities permitted to implement a program or plan approved by the Commission pursuant to an order entered under this Act. This prohibition does not apply to the partial use by a non-utility entity of a logo belonging to an electric utility that serves fewer than 200,000 customers in this State.
