225 ILCS 10/10

Any circuit court, upon application either of the person requesting a hearing or of the Department, may require the attendance of witnesses and the production of relevant books and papers before the Department in any hearing relating to the refusal or revocation of licenses

The refusal or neglect to obey the order of the court compelling the attendance or production, is punishable as in other cases of contempt. (Text of Section after amendment by P.A. 103-594) Sec. 10. Any circuit court, upon application either of the person requesting a hearing or of the Department of Children and Family Services or the Department of Early Childhood, may require the attendance of witnesses and the production of relevant books and papers before the Department of Children and Family Services or the Department of Early Childhood in any hearing relating to the refusal or revocation of licenses. The refusal or neglect to obey the order of the court compelling the attendance or production, is punishable as in other cases of contempt.
