Vaccination requirements for employees

Known as the Child Care Act

The act spans §§ 225-10-1 to 225-10-9-2 (131 sections).

No person may be employed by a child care facility that cares for children ages 6 and under unless that person shows proof of having received: (i) one dose of the Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccine; and (ii) 2 doses of the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine or shows proof of immunity to MMR.
