Lunches in day care homes

Known as the Child Care Act

The act spans §§ 225-10-1 to 225-10-9-2 (131 sections).

In order to increase the affordability and availability of day care, a day care home licensed under this Act may allow any child it receives to bring the child's lunch for consumption instead of or in addition to the lunch provided by the day care home.
