225 ILCS 10/9.1

Before the Department initiates a full-scale investigation of any complaint received regarding a child care facility the Department may, when appropriate, provide procedures for the substantiation of the complaint

Before the Department of Children and Family Services or the Department of Early Childhood initiates a full-scale investigation of any complaint received regarding a child care facility the Department may, when appropriate, provide procedures for the substantiation of the complaint.
