(a) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall exercise the following functions, powers, and duties: (1) The Board shall hold at least one meeting each year. (2) The Board shall elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson. (b) The Department may, at any time, seek the expert advice and knowledge of the Board on any matter relating to the enforcement of this Act.
