(a) The fees for the administration and enforcement of this Act including, but not limited to, original licensure, renewal, and restoration shall be set by rule. The fees shall not be refundable. All of the fees, taxes, and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund. (b) Before January 1, 2023, there shall be no fees for amateur full-contact martial arts events; except that until January 1, 2023, the applicant fees for promoters of amateur events where only amateur bouts are held shall be $300.
