Violations; penalties

Known as the Sex Offender Evaluation and Treatment Provider Act

The act spans §§ 225-109-1 to 225-109-999 (43 sections).

A person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense, and a Class 4 felony for a second and subsequent offense.
