Filing license or diploma of another

Known as the Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-110-1 to 225-110-9-5 (58 sections).

Any person filing, or attempting to file as his or her own, the diploma or license of another, or a forged affidavit of identification or qualification, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 felony, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to such fine and imprisonment as is made and provided by the statutes of this State for the crime of forgery.
