The Department may adopt rules of continuing education for persons licensed under this Act. The Department shall consider the recommendations of the Board in establishing the guidelines for continuing education requirements. The requirements of this Section shall apply to any person seeking renewal or restoration under Sections 70 and 80 of this Act.
