(a) The holder of any license or certificate shall promptly notify the Department of any change in business or home address, or of any conditions affecting the license or certificate. (b) License and certificate holders shall take reasonable precautions to protect their licenses and certificates from loss, misplacement, theft, defacement, destruction or unauthorized duplication. Any such occurrence shall be reported immediately to the Department.
