Filing license or diploma of another

Known as the Illinois Dental Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-25-1 to 225-25-9 (85 sections).

Any person filing or attempting to file as the person's own the diploma or license of another, or a forged affidavit of identification or qualification, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 felony, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to such fine and imprisonment as is made and provided by the statutes of this State for the crime of forgery.
