Dental responders

Known as the Illinois Dental Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-25-1 to 225-25-9 (85 sections).

A dentist or dental hygienist who is a dental responder is deemed to be acting within the bounds of the dentist or dental hygienist's license when providing disaster, immunizations, mobile, and humanitarian care during a declared local, State, or national emergency.
