The Secretary may temporarily suspend the license or registration of an architect without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 24, if the Secretary finds that evidence in the Department's possession indicates that an architect's continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public. If the Secretary temporarily suspends the license or registration of an architect without a hearing, a hearing by the Board must be held within 30 days after such suspension has occurred.
