Board recommendations

Known as the Registered Interior Designers Act

The act spans §§ 225-310-1 to 225-310-9 (36 sections).

The Secretary shall consider the recommendations of the Board in establishing guidelines for professional conduct, for the conduct of formal disciplinary proceedings brought under this Act, and for establishing guidelines for qualifications of applicants. Notice of proposed rulemaking may be transmitted to the Board and the Department shall review the response of the Board and any recommendations made in their response. The Department, at any time, may seek the expert advice and knowledge of the Board on any matter relating to the administration or enforcement of this Act.
