Advertising

Known as the Professional Engineering Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-325-1 to 225-325-9 (56 sections).

Any person licensed under this Act may advertise the availability of professional services in the media or on the premises where such professional services are rendered as permitted by law, if such advertising is truthful and not misleading.
