The fees for the administration and enforcement of this Act, including, but not limited to, original certification, renewal, and restoration of a license issued under this Act, shall be set by rule. The fees shall be nonrefundable. All fees, penalties, and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund and shall be appropriated to the Department for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department in the administration of this Act.
