Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

Known as the Structural Engineering Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-340-1 to 225-340-9-5 (48 sections).

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that: (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (3) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act. Such proof may be rebutted.
