225 ILCS 407/10-20

Any corporation, limited liability company, or partnership who desires to obtain an auction firm license shall: (1) apply to the Department on forms provided by the Department accompanied by the required fee; (2) provide evidence to the Department that the auction firm has a properly licensed managing auctioneer; and (3) any requirement as defined by rule.
