225 ILCS 41/15-41

Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

P.A. 102-881, eff. 1-1-23.

An order or certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, is prima facie proof that: (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (3) the Board and the members of the Board are qualified to act.
