Order or certified copy as prima facie proof

Known as the Electrologist Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 225-412-1 to 225-412-999 (46 sections).

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof: (1) that the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; and (2) that the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified.
