Surrender of license

Known as the Electrologist Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 225-412-1 to 225-412-999 (46 sections).

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department, and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
