Violations; criminal penalties

Known as the Collateral Recovery Act

The act spans §§ 225-422-1 to 225-422-999 (45 sections).

P.A. 97-576, eff. 7-1-12.

Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense, and a Class 4 felony for a second or subsequent offense.
