Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

Known as the Detection of Deception Examiners Act

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that: (a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; and (b) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified.
