Violations

Known as the Detection of Deception Examiners Act

The act spans §§ 225-430-0-01 to 225-430-8-5 (39 sections).

A person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class 4 felony for the second and any subsequent offense.
